Terms and Conditions:

1.1. The "Spend and Win" promotion is open to all customers who make a purchase at Dreame Queensbay Mall Flagship Store/Roadshow during the promotion period.

1.2. This promotion is not open to employees of Dreame Malaysia or any related companies, affiliates, or their immediate families.

2.1. The "Spend and Win" promotion will run from 25th December to 29th December 2024.

2.2. Any purchases made outside of the promotion period will not be eligible for the prize draw.

3.1. To participate in the "Spend and Win" promotion, customers must:

• Make a purchase of any Dreame product at the Dreame Queensbay Mall Flagship Store/Roadshow during the promotion period.
• Upon purchase, participants will automatically be entered into the prize draw with no minimum spending requirement.

3.2. Each purchase of any Dreame product will count as one entry into the draw.

4.1. The prizes available for this promotion are as follows:

• 1st Prize: RM2500

• 2nd Prize: RM1500

• 3rd Prize: RM1000

4.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

4.3. The winners will be selected by a random draw.

5.1. Winners will be selected by random draw after the promotion ends on 29th December 2024.

5.2. The winners will be notified via Instagram Message/SMS/Whatsapp/Phone call after 8th January 2024.

5.3. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Dreame reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.1. By participating in this promotion, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winners.

6.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Dreame's privacy policy and relevant data protection laws.

7.1. Dreame reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7.2. Dreame’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final.

7.3. Dreame is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
