A non-refundable RM100 deposit is required to secure your pre-order.
The remaining balance is due before shipment or collection.
Failure to pay on time may result in pre-order cancellation and deposit forfeiture.
Pre-order price is fixed at checkout unless stated otherwise.
Future promotions cannot be retroactively applied unless explicitly mentioned.
If you must cancel for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Estimated release/shipping dates are subject to change.
Delays over 30 days from the original schedule may allow a full refund of the deposit.
